Brooklyn Loft
This condo was a former rental and was gut renovated into a three bedroom, two bathroom
apartment. Features include a master bathroom with a Bain Ultra air bath, an Ikea kitchen with a
Liebherr refrigerator and Wolf range and a recording studio adjacent to the living room.
Traditional moldings and hardware were used to integrate with the 19th Century building.
